This article will show you how to use Folio with Skyslope to quickly save hours of time per transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Folio is the email companion to transaction management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transaction management platforms are big, powerful pieces of software that are critical to keeping deals compliant and on track. But, as your clients, colleagues, and partners (e.g. lenders) communicate with you about transactions, where does that happen? Email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>So, now you\u2019ve got your transaction docs neatly uploaded into Skyslope, all the key dates and contingencies inputted and being tracked closely. But to be compliant with your broker\u2019s (or association\u2019s) recordkeeping requirements, you\u2019ve gotta keep tabs on all that back and forth in your email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Here\u2019s how to quickly and easily get all your transaction emails into Skyslope after the deal closes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><em>Of course, you have to have Folio to do this. <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/pages.amitree.com\/folio-for-gmail?creative_id=folio_skyslope&amp;platform=gmail&amp;vertical=realestate&amp;utm_source=blog\"><em>Get it here for Gmail<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/pages.amitree.com\/folio-for-outlook?creative_id=folio_skyslope&amp;platform=outlook&amp;vertical=realestate&amp;utm_source=blog\"><em>here for Outlook.com\/Office365<\/em><\/a><em>. <\/em>If you\u2019ve done that, then just follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: At the end of each transaction, use Folio\u2019s \u201cDownload emails as PDF\u201d feature.
